Objective To analysis the related factors of the high-risk population of colorectal cancer, and provide academic reference for the future research in the field of prevention and control mode of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods According to the protocol of national program for early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer, we conducted a questionnaire survey among permanent villagers with inclusion and exclusion criteria in the countryside of Beijing from September 2016 to September 2019.Data processing and statistical analysis applied SPSS23.0 statistical analysis package , Chi-square test was used to analyze the result of the factors related to high risk population＜0.05 was considered as significant. Result Among 1717 permanent villagers in participating the screening survey under the prevention and control mode of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine, we have collected 1174 valid questionnaires,118 samples (10.1%) were assessed with high CRC risk. Significant difference was found in different ages, annual income, meat and vegetarian dishes matching and fruit eating habits between the high risk population and the normal population. The positive rate was highest in the indicator that “First-degree relative has a history of colorectal cancer”. According to the results of the last two months showed the main symptoms of high-risk population included soreness of waist, impatience, depression, dizziness, forgetfulness, and tinnitus, etc. The above symptoms correlate with the deficiency of kidney. Conclusion The prevention and control mode of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has proved itself in covering the early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, increasing the screening efficiency and early diagnostic, and reducing the incidence of colorectal cancer.
