目的 利用文献计量学方法筛选出治疗慢性胃炎的主要方药，并通过系统药理学方法分析其作用机理。方法 从中国知网、万方数据库查找自建库以来所有与慢性胃炎相关的文献，筛选出中医药治疗慢性胃炎的主要药物或复方。利用TCMSP搜索复方或药物的有效药物组成及作用靶点，从TTD、CTD、OMIM等数据库查找与慢性胃炎发病机制相关的靶点，取复方的作用靶点和慢性胃炎发病机制相关靶点的重叠靶点，利用生物信息学方法分析重叠靶点并利用分子对接技术验证化合物与靶点的结合性。结果 经过文献计量学分析，得到治疗慢性胃炎的主要方药是半夏泻心汤，其有效化合物有125个，这些化合物共有81个作用靶点，其中与性胃炎发病机制相关靶点重叠的有29个靶点，这些靶点参与50种生物学过程并富集50条信号通路，分子对接结果表示药物对特定靶标的亲和力及结合特性良好。结论 本研究通过系统药理学方法初步探究了半夏泻心汤对慢性胃炎的作用机制，为下一步的基础研究提供参考。
Objective To screen out the main prescriptions for chronic gastritis by bibliometrics, and to analyze their mechanism by systematic pharmacological methods.Methods All the literatures related to chronic gastritis since the establishment of the database were searched by China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wan-fang database and the main drugs or compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic gastritis were screened out. TCMSP was used to search the effective drug composition and action targets of compound or drug. Targets related to the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis were found from TTD, CTD, OMIM and other databases. Targets related to the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis and overlapping targets of compound were selected. Bioinformatics was used to analyze overlapping targets and molecular docking technology was used to verify the binding of compounds to targets.Results Through bibliometric analysis, the main prescription for chronic gastritis was Banxia Xiexin Decoction. There were 125 effective compounds and 81 targets. Among them, 29 targets overlapped with the targets related to the pathogenesis of sexual gastritis. These targets participated in 50 biological processes and accumulated 50 signaling pathways. Molecular docking results indicated that drugs were targeted at specific targets. The affinity and binding properties of the target were good.Conclusion This study preliminarily explores the mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic gastritis through systematic pharmacological methods, which can provide reference for further basic research.
