目的 观察急性肠粘膜损伤相关的体表Evans Blue渗出点分布情况。方法 SD雄性大鼠30只，按芥子油浓度随机分为5组，分别为5%、7.5%、10%、12.5%、15%，每组6只。采用肠道注射芥子油造成急性肠粘膜损伤模型，造模后4小时背部备皮、尾静脉注射EB，分别观察造模后5 h、10 h、15 h、20 h、25 h后EB渗出点的分布。采用经纬网格计数结合多元统计分析的方法，分析EB渗出点随浓度及时间变化的分布规律。结果 造模后25 h内各浓度芥子油组大鼠均存活。①聚类分析渗出点在S1、N1、O14、L11网格分布特异性突出，轮廓分析结果表明上述四个“特征网格”在不同浓度与不同时间变化无明显差异（P > 0.05）。②因子分析渗出“特征区域”在距正中线旁开约0 ~ 10 mm或15 ~ 20 mm范围内分布较多。轮廓分析结果表明，在各时间点随浓度变化的EB渗出“特征区域”有显著性差异（P < 0.05）。在各个浓度随时间变化的EB渗出“特征区域”无明显差异（P > 0.05）。结论 急性肠黏膜损伤大鼠EB渗出网格点分布规律主要在胸腰段的脊柱两侧，特征区域分布与大鼠肺、脾俞及肾俞相近，并存在与病情变化相关的规律性。
Objective To observe the distribution of Evans Blue exudation points on the body surface associated with acute intestinal mucosal injury.Methods Thirty SD male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups according to mustard oil concentration, which were 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5% and 15% respectively, with 6 rats in each group. The acute intestinal mucosal injury model was induced by intestinal injection of mustard oil. The distribution of EB exudation points was observed at 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 hours after the model was established by back shaving and tail vein injection of EB. The distribution of EB seepage point with concentration and time was analyzed by the method of longitude and latitude grid counting combined with multivariate statistical analysis.Results Within 25 hours after the establishment of the model, the rats in each concentration of mustard oil group survived. ①Cluster analysis showed that the distribution characteristics of exudation points in S1, N1, O14 and L11 grids were prominent. Contour analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the four “feature grids” at different concentrations and at different times (P > 0.05). ②Factor analysis revealed that “characteristic region” were more distributed in the range of 0-10 mm or 15-20 mm away from the median line. The contour analysis results showed that there was a significant difference in the “characteristic region” of EB exudation with concentration at different time points (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the “characteristic region” of EB exudation in different concentrations with time (P > 0.05).Conclusion Distribution of EB exudative mesh in rats with acute intestinal mucosal injury is mainly located on both sides of thoracolumbar spine. Distribution of characteristic regions was similar to that of “Feishu (BL13)” “Pishu (BL20)”and “Shenshu (BL23)” in rats, and there was a regularity related to the changes of disease.
