目的：基于姜黄与莪术的物质基础，研究两者传统活血功效差异。方法：通过聚酰胺色谱初步分离姜黄和莪术醇提物，并用TLC检测和UPLC-Q/TOF-MS技术确定姜黄和莪术的不同成分群；采用抗血小板聚集试验和舒张离体大鼠胸主动脉环试验比较姜黄莪术不同成分群活性差异。结果：姜黄和莪术中姜黄素类成分群活性无明显差异，但萜类成分群差异显著。莪术-萜类能明显抑制血小板聚集（P＜0.01），而姜黄-萜类无明显作用（P＞0.05）；姜黄和莪术萜类均能在一定程度上舒张KCl预收的血管环，但姜黄-萜类的舒张作用（EC50=31.2 μg/mL）远强于莪术-萜类（EC50=90.8 μg/mL）。结论：姜黄与莪术中萜类成分群为主要活性成分群，且两者活血功效差异与其萜类成分密切相关。
Objective: Based on the material basis of Curcuma longa L. and Curcuma phaecocaulis Val., the difference of traditional blood circulation activating efficacy between them was studied. Methods: The alcohol extracts of C. longa and C. phaecocaulis were separated by polyamide chromatography, then thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and UPLC-Q/TOF-MS were used to identify the different ingredient groups of C. longa and C. phaecocaulis; the anti-platelet aggregation assay and rat thoracic aortic rings assay were used to compare the activity of different ingredient groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the activity of curcumin groups between C. longa and C. phaecocaulis, but significant difference in terpenoid groups. Terpenoids from C. phaecocaulis can obviously inhibit platelet aggregation(P<0.01), but terpenoids from C. longa have no evident effect(P>0.05). Although terpenoids from C. longa and C. phaecocaulis can simultaneously relax the vascular ring precollected by KCl, the vasodilatation of terpenoids from C. longa (EC50=31.2 μg/mL) is better than that of terpenoids from C. phaecocaulis (EC50=90.8 μg/mL). Conclusion: The terpenoids in C. longa and C. phaecocaulis are the main active ingredient groups, and the difference of their blood-activating effect is closely related to their terpenoids.
