Abstract: The basic information, research content and results of the literature on the clinical research of acupuncture analgesia mechanism based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology were systematically analyzed to understand the research hotspots and development status of this field and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application. Literature related to clinical studies on the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia using fMRI in 7 databases in Chinese and English was searched, and literatures were summarized and summarized by bibliometrics method. A total of 105 articles were included, including 49 articles on physiological state and 56 articles on pathological state, involving 15 diseases. A total of 18 articles (32.4%) focused on migraine. In the field of brain function research, fMRI mainly conducts data analysis based on the principles of functional differentiation (62 papers) and functional integration (39 papers), and 4 papers are used for both differentiation and integration. According to the results of the literature included, acupuncture can regulate default network, central executive network, "pain matrix", frontal and parietal network, sensorimotor network and other brain regions, and achieve analgesic effect through the interaction between cerebral cortex and subcortical brain regions.
