目的：建立益智仁中白杨素和圆柚酮的HPLC含量测定方法，并比较益智仁以及其盐灸炮制品中白杨素和圆柚酮含量的变化。方法：采用HPLC，色谱柱为YMC-Pack C18（250 × 4.6 mm，5 μm），以0.3%磷酸水-乙腈为流动相，梯度洗脱，检测波长为250 nm，柱温30℃，流速 0.6 ml﹒min-1，进样量15 μL。结果：白杨素在0.518 ~ 10.36 mg﹒mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9998），平均回收率为101.45%；圆柚酮在20.26 ~ 405.10 mg﹒mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999），平均回收率为104.14%。结论：建立的HPLC含量测定方法快速、准确，重复性好，可用于益智仁中化学成分的定量分析。益智仁与其炮制品盐益智仁在白杨素含量上具有显著差异（P<0.05），但圆柚酮含量上并无显著差异。
To analyze the contents of Chrysin, Nootkatone with Non-processed or Salt-processed Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus fruits by HPLC. The YMC-Pack C18（250 × 4.6 mm，5 μm）was used as chromatographic column The mobile phase was 0.3% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile, gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 250 nm; the column temperature was 30°C, and the flow rate was 0.6 mL﹒min-1, injection volume 15 μL. As a result, Chrysin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.518 ~ 10.36 mg﹒mL-1 (r=0.9998) with the average recovery rate of 101.45%. Nootkatone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 20.26 ~ 405.13 mg﹒mL-1 (r=0.9999) with the average recovery rate of 104.14%. This method is rapid, accurate and repeatability, which can be used for the quantitative analysis of the chemical constituents in Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus fruits. It was concluded that the composition of the Chrysin with Non-processed or Salt-processed Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus fruits was a significant difference than that before processing（P<0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the content of Nootkatone.
