目的 本研究对东紫苏（Elsholtzia bodinieri Vant）进行成分分析，明确东紫苏提取物（EBE）对大鼠抗疲劳和抗氧化的作用机理。方法 经利用GC-MS法对东紫苏提取物进行分析。东紫苏提取物对DPPH清除率检测抗氧化能力。24只SD大鼠分成对照空白、对照给药、运动空白、运动给药，共4组，经灌胃给予东紫苏提取物7天后，分别测定负重游泳时间，检测血尿素氮（blood urea nitrogen，BUN）、乳酸（lactic acid，LAC）、肌酸磷酸激酶（creatine phosphokinase，CPK）、丙二醛（malondialdehyde，MDA）含量，以及骨骼肌中三磷酸腺苷（adenosine triphosphate，ATP）和磷酸肌酸（phosphocreatine，PC）。结果 东紫苏提取物对DPPH清除率显著性提升，实验期间大鼠体重无明显变化，给药组负重游泳时间明显延长，BUN含量略有减少，LAC和CK明显减少。同时，运动给药组骨骼肌中的ATP含量无明显差异，PC含量略高于运动对照组。结论 东紫苏提取物可以增加大鼠运动耐力，具有抗疲劳和抗氧化作用，本研究为东紫苏在相关领域的应用提供了一定的理论基础。
Objective This study mainly analyzes the components of Elsholtzia bodinieri Vant extract (EBE), and investigate the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation mechanisms of EBE in rats.Method EBE were analyzed by GC-MS. Anti-oxidation ability of extracts from Perilla frutescens for DPPH clearance. 24 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were blank control group, EBE group, blank swim group and EBE swim group, respectively. After 7 days of intragastric administration of EBE, the exhausting times of swim groups were recorded. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), blood lactate (LAC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) indexes were detected. And adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and phosphocreatine (PC) in skeletal muscle were examined too.Result There was no significant change in the weight of rats during the experiment. The DPPH clearance rate of EBE was significantly increased. The swimming time was significantly prolonged, the BUN content was slightly decreased, and the LAC and CPK content were significantly reduced in EBE swim group.There was no significant difference in ATP consumption, and PC was lower than blank swim group in rat skeletal muscle.Conclusion The EBE can not only increase the exercise endurance and anti-fatigue affections of SD rats, but also improve the antioxidant ability. This study provides evidences for the application of EBE in Public Health.
