目的：优化中国药典中山楂叶提取物工艺的分离纯化条件。方法：以牡荆素鼠李糖苷含量为指标，考察了山楂叶分离纯化过程中的树脂型号、洗脱体系等。结果：选用LX158树脂替代药典规定的D101树脂，采用3BV水洗除杂后，3BV 10%乙醇洗脱除杂，洗脱剂为6BV 30％乙醇。结论：优化后的工艺含量满足总黄酮≥80%，牡荆素鼠李糖苷含量≥8.8%，较比药典工艺收率高、质量好、成本低，为工业化生产山楂叶提取物提供实验基础。
This article’s aim was to optimize the separation and purification conditions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia extract of hawthorn leaves. By using the quality marker vitexin rhamnoside in hawthorn leaf extract as an indicator, the type of resin and elution system in the separation and purification of hawthorn leaf extract were investigated. The results showed that applied LX158 instead of D101 resin which specified in the Pharmacopoeia, and remove impurities by 3BV water washing, 6BV 30% ethanol for eluent. the content obtained by the optimized process yielded no less than 80% total flavonoids and not lower than 8.8% vitexin rhamnoside. The improved process offered higher purification quality at lower cost, which provided reliable evidence for a supplementary specification of the preparation process of hawthorn leaf extract in the Chinese pharmacopoeia.
