目的 患者隐私保护和医疗数据开放共享的矛盾是阻碍中医药大数据二次利用的主要问题，本文利用联盟链技术结合MongoDB数据库实现中医药海量异构数据安全存储和共享。方法 采用链上链下协调分层的方式存储医疗数据，联盟链上开放存储公开的医疗元数据和医疗数据摘要，加入时间戳按照顺序链式存储，联盟链下采用MongoDB数据库对海量异构中医药大数据进行基于疾病和患者的分类存储；分析当前医疗行业数据中心现状，依据《医疗机构基本标准》和《医院分级管理办法》设置信用积分，改进区块链DPOS共识算法预选节点评选机制和共识机制；在联盟链上利用智能合约实现访问控制，实现用户对个人医疗数据的权限管理；最后分析讨论模型的安全特性和应用场景。结果 基于联盟链的中医药海量异构数据安全存储模型可实现对个人隐私的保护和患者对医疗数据的权限管理；可以在保证中医药数据特色的基础上，实现医疗数据的防篡改、可追溯以及安全高效的存储特性。结论 联盟式区块链为中医药医疗数据的安全共享存储提供了新的思路与方法，为更好的探索中医药宝库提供了技术支持。
Objective The contradiction between patient privacy protection and open sharing of medical data is the main problem that hinders big data s secondary utilization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In this paper, the alliance chain technology and MongoDB database are used to realize the safe storage and sharing of massive heterogeneous data of TCM.Methods The medical data was stored in a coordinated manner across the block chain, medical metadata and medical data summaries were stored openly on the alliance chain. Under the alliance chain, the mass of heterogeneous Chinese medicine big data based on the classification of diseases and patients were stored on the MongoDB database. The current status of medical data center was analyzed. The credit points were set up according to the basic standards of medical institutions and the measures for hospital grading administration to improve the pre-selection node selection mechanism of block chain DPOS consensus algorithm and consensus mechanism; an access control algorithm based on intelligent contract was implemented in the alliance chain to realize user rights management of personal medical data. Finally, the security characteristics and application scenarios of the system were analyzed and discussed.Results The secure storage model of massive heterogeneous data of TCM based on Alliance chain can realize the protection of personal privacy and the assignment of patient"s right to medical data. On the basis of ensuring the characteristics of TCM data, the anti-tampering, traceability and efficient storage of medical data were implemented.Conclusion The alliance block chain provides new ideas and methods for the safe sharing and storage of traditional Chinese medicine medical data. It provides technical support for better exploring the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine.
