多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS）是女性常见的内分泌疾病，以闭经、不孕、高雄激素血症为临床表现，伴有糖尿病、心血管疾病等远期并发症，严重危害女性一生的健康。目前，PCOS的病理机制和临床治疗仍存在争议，诊断标准不统一。代谢组学技术是识别生物体整体代谢变化的新技术，目前PCOS代谢组学的研究主要集中在胰岛素抵抗、中医痰湿证和排卵障碍方面，本文就以上三点综述近年的研究。
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disease in women. It is a clinical manifestation of amenorrhea, infertility, and hyperandrogenism, accompanied by long-term complications such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, which seriously endanger the health of women throughout their lives. At present, the pathological mechanism and clinical treatment of PCOS are still controversial, and the diagnostic criteria are not uniform. Metabolomics technology is a new technology to identify the overall metabolic changes of organisms. At present, the research on PCOS metabolomics mainly focuses on insulin resistance, TCM syndromes and ovulation disorders. This paper reviewed the above 3 researches in recent years.
