目的、方法。本实验以紫金龙为材料，研究了不同浓度（50、100、200、300、400、500 mg·L-1）赤霉素处理对紫金龙种子萌发的影响。结果 不同浓度赤霉素浸种处理的紫金龙种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均表现出不同程度的差异性，但差异性不显著，当赤霉素浓度为400 mg·L-1时，紫金龙种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高，对促进紫金龙种子的萌发效果最佳。结论
Using the Dactylicapnos scandens (D.Don)Hutc.seeds as the test material, we studied the effect of different concentration GA3 (50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 mg·L-1) treatment on the germination of seeds. The results showed that there was certain difference in the germination rate, germination vigor and germination index with different concentration GA3 treatment. However, the difference was not significant. The germination rate, germination vigor and germination index was the highest when the GA3 concentration was 400 mg·L-1 that was the best treatment to promote the germination of Dactylicapnos scandens (D.Don)Hutc. seeds.
